Culinary works of art from the region

Michal Huk, the Chef of Cuisine and General Manager of Panorama Hotel Aschberg, has learned his craft internationally in first houses.

His dishes are exquisite creations of regional cuisine, but often internationally inspired, with regional ingredients being a point of honor.

Fish and meat come from regional producers and growers, among others from the peninsula Schwansen and from fisheries in Eckernförde.

In addition to the culinary experiences, the almost adventurous decorations on and next to the dishes are an additional visual delight.

Michal Huk enjoys the reputation of being “a gifted master in the art of dressing”.

The variety of flavors in his dishes is impressive.
