Cancel the gift certificate order.

Here you can cancel a gift certificate order in accordance with Section 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB). As soon as you have provided all the required information and clicked on “Cancel Gift Certificate,” we will process your cancellation immediately. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your cancellation, as well as a separate confirmation regarding the outcome of the cancellation.
