The gentle sound vibrations of a singing bowl pamper the body, mind and soul during a sound massage. Sound massage addresses hearing and feeling in equal measure. The harmonious sounds calm the mind. The fine vibrations that emanate from the sounding and thus vibrating singing bowls gradually spread throughout your body. A deep and soothing relaxation quickly sets in. Feelings of safety and security arise – ideal conditions for your relaxation, regeneration and to promote your health. During the sound massage, 1 to 2 singing bowls are placed directly on your clothed body.
A 10-minute rest period is included.
